At Nuggets Kids, we make sure that your orders reach you in time. For this we are associated with trusted shipping channels who work 24/7 to help us send packages. There are some facts related to our shipping policy that you must be aware of before placing an order with us.

For deliveries across India
1. Free on orders of INR 1500 and above
2. INR 100 on orders below INR 1500

For international deliveries, shipping charges will be based on actuals

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

What can I return?

Made to order products are not returnable.

Adult sizes of all products are not returnable.

Ready to ship products with customization or personalisation are not returnable​.

Made to order products and ready to ship products with manufacturing damages are returnable as long as you reach out to us within 24 hours of order receipt along with unboxing video. You may reach out to us over an email, phone or message over any of our social media accounts.

Made to order products and ready to ship products with size issues (deviations more than mentioned for the age category ordered) are returnable as long as you reach out to us within 24 hours of order receipt along with a picture showing the tape measurement. You may reach out to us over an email, phone or message over any of our social media accounts.

Product measurements can vary by 1-2 inches since the method of taking measurements is variable

If body measurements are provided for customization then the outfit can be up to 3 inches more than body measurements for girls and up to 5 inches more than body measurements for boys. Also the loosening can vary for each design.

All returnable products should have its original packing, labels & tags intact. It should be unused and in a saleable condition

Once your return request is accepted by the Nuggets kids team, we will arrange for pick up and keep you posted about the details.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive the return, the product(s) will go through a quality check

After the product passes the quality check, we will issue a refund to the original mode of payment

For all orders delivered within India, the shipping charges for returns will be borne by the customer which will be refunded after the product(s) pass the quality check.

It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

Any shipping charges, customs duty / taxes are not refundable

For the product(s) that do not pass the quality check, neither the product cost, product nor charges for shipping back the products will not be refunded to the customer.

What if I received a product that does not match my customization request?

We quality check every product before it is packaged. Customisations are double checked by a dedicated team. In a rare case if you receive a product that does not match the customisation request, please email or text us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please include your order number and clear images of the product showing the issue in the email.

Do you offer exchange of sizes?

The exchange option is not available.

How can I cancel my order?

Pre-Order / Customised products can not be cancelled.

All other products can be cancelled until the order is shipped or the shipment is booked.

Other Policies

Once a product is used, we can not ascertain the durability since the usage of the product varies based on the individual.

Product images are professionally clicked due to which sometimes the colour of the actual product may vary from the image.

In case a product is missing from your shipment please reach out to us within 24 hours of the receipt of the shipment along with unboxing video for us to investigate further.
